Our Commitment
Warranty Information
We take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a defective or faulty product, we will gladly replace it. In cases where a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a credit to your account. This is subject to an evaluation by the manufacturer or its authorised distributor to determine if the fault falls within the warranty's terms. If not, the costs associated with collection and return of the product will be the customer's responsibility. INFINITY CO. shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from misuse or abuse of goods. Faulty products must be returned to INFINITY CO. for assessment before the warranty process can proceed.
🛡️ Defective and Broken Products
If you receive a defective or faulty product, we will gladly replace it. In cases where a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a credit to your account, subject to evaluation by the manufacturer or its authorised distributor.
⚠️ Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Cracked or broken screens/LCDs.
- Routine checks, maintenance, repairs, and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear, corrosion, or spillage of any material on the product.
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse, including failure to follow INFINITY CO.'s usage and maintenance guidelines.
- Defects caused by the use of unapproved accessories or products not compatible with the device.
- Faults arising from incorrect usage inconsistent with the product's user manual or technical/safety standards.
- Damage caused by accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations, or other causes beyond our control.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs carried out on the product.
- Battery damage caused by overcharging or failure to adhere to the instructions in the user manual.
- Use of chargers or batteries not approved by INFINITY MOBILE CO W.L.L, including generic accessories.
- Broken seals, tampered waterproof caps, or evidence of unauthorized tampering with the device.
🚫 Warranty Voidance
The warranty will be void under the following circumstances:
- Physical or liquid damage, misuse, or abuse of the product, including cracked or damaged LCDs.
- Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized parties.
- External alterations such as adhesives, decorations, or attachments that affect the device's mechanics or performance, including network connectivity.
- Downloading illegal software, altering the device's IMEI number, or tampering with internal data.
- Failure to follow installation and usage instructions or using incompatible accessories or auxiliary devices.
- Evidence of unauthorized attempts to open, investigate, or repair the device without written consent from INFINITY CO.
